大正6年（1917年）創業。「箱鮨」を味わえる店。箱鮨とは、木枠にすし飯と具を入れ、切りそろえる寿司で、押し寿司とも呼ばれる。1人前9貫の中に、ネタに鯛と卵、鯛と焼穴子、鯛と鯛そぼろの組み合わせがあり、とろみのついた甘口だがあっさりとした上品なタレがかかっている。生の木の芽がアクセントになっている。ネタには生の鯛を使うのが三笠鮨のこだわり。
